M|R DESIGN was created by Mathieu Ribaut in 2014, from an increasing demand to provide specific architecture and interior design services. The clientele consists of private clients, architects, and designer firms from the US and Europe.

 

Mathieu studied architecture in France while traveling all over Europe and Japan before moving to Los Angeles in 2003. Influenced by modernists such as Schindler, Koening, and Ando, Mathieu was fortunate to work with big international studios and developers such as Scott Mitchell Studio, Studio PCH, Vantage Design Group, and Bureau Betak.

Mathieu's design intent is to capture the client's individuality and bring a true experience through light and materials to create a timeless space with character.
