Nobu takes Malibu - Evoking Japan in a restaurant that opens up to the Pacific.
There are 25 Nobu restaurants worldwide, a culinary empire that began with the modestly house Matsuhisa in Beverly Hills. Most have theatrical interiors by David Rockwell, but the latest addition- a ground-up restaurant in Malibu- is an understated return the famous chef's roots.
